Invasive phone calls by psychologist checking if taking medication and quizzing what type of medication I’m on (even though they already have information), not on a treatment order. Inappropriate.

Absolute nightmare. I rang for help and was told, by Shirley I believe it was, that they had already taken me off the books and referred me on, I had no business calling them or asking for help. They would not help me and would not give me any information to assist me in any way. I was no longer their problem as they had handed me over pretty much.
I had previously been told that i could contact them anytime to re-engage. I had in fact done that, that morning and was told she would get back to me with some information. 3 hours later and no response i called again to see what they had found out for me and the above was the outcome. I got off the phone feeling suicidal. Shortly after, by coincidence, the doctor (Peter) at their service contacted me on a follow up call .... funny that seeing that i was supposedly off their books. When i told him what had gone on and that i was feeling happy for once before that call had happened, he told me that if i felt happy that morning then maybe i don't need antidepressants and instead should have psychotherapy. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder 27+ YEARS ago, tried and failed to be without the meds before and it just doesn't work. It's not good. I was happy that morning because I'd been honored for acing an assessment.!!! So he basically told me that if i needed medication i do not deserve to be happy ever. He made these comments and others to me to try to cover up their organisational mistakes and put the blame on me. Mental Health Team?
