Amazing service from the medical centre. I was treated for lower back pain, epidural. The staff were welcoming and reassuring. The practice is immaculate, refreshments provided including a fruit bowl and snacks. My treatment was so gentle and pain free, I was very nervous and was out at ease by the clinician. Dr. Hok-Yee Siu was amazing—not only knowledgeable and compassionate but also uplifting! His positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated how he explained everything clearly and thoughtfully… though I did have to laugh when I told him I’m a nurse, and he realized he’d been giving me the beginner’s guide to medicine.

I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of top-notch

Incredibly welcoming atmosphere, all of the staff were kind but especially Katherine, I was incredibly nervous about my ultrasound appointment and she was so patient and kind and put my mind at ease and made me feel so safe and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Excellent service every time! I’ve attended several occasions, for myself as well as my children. We’ve never waited more than 20 minutes , it’s always direct , friendly , and professional. Prefer WISE Robina to any emergency department. Definitely a better choice …. They’re maintaining a professional atmosphere while being efficient and friendly , but most of all reaching a diagnosis and treating whatever the issue may be , in a very timely fashion.

The doctor we saw couldnt care less about our daughter. Our daughter has been in pain for 5 weeks, we were promised a quick referral letter with a quick future appointment. I have had to constantly chase them for this for 2 days and now we are told the doctor is away and there are no notes on what is needed. Save your money and go to GCUH. Atleast they get the job done then and there and actually care about their patients and their needs.

I'll be honest, I'd heard about this on the radio but never really paid much attention.
I broke a finger on NYE and finding a doctor was a challenge, I then recalled this place.
Wow, first thing you notice is the level of customer service. At every touchpoint they treat you like a valued customer not a lab rat or an inconvenience.
I was there for 4 hours but they made no secret of that and I got a lot of treatment in that time.
I was expecting a pretty hefty bill at the end but the total out of pocket only $340.
A bargain for all I received.
Well done, now all of QLD health should use this centre as a model!

The Radiologist and imaging crew where amazing..I was very nervous about having cortisone injections ..From Kelly the receptionist to the nurse Lorraine and Doctors everyone was caring and helpful ..love the commentary of what they are doing to holding my hand when I was nervous..love there work and would highly recommend Wise

This is by far the best service we have ever received. Great staff on reception, the doctors, nurses and specialists are so knowledgeable and actually listen and try and find solutions to pain. I can’t fault this practice at all. I’ll be recommending wise to everyone I know
