I was able to make an appointment with short notice on Hot Docs. I only waited about 15 min from booking time. Dr McMahon. He understood my medical concerns and was able to assist. The service wasn't bulk billed unfortunately but a received an instant medicare rebate. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Medical Centre with easy parking.
Staff were so helpful.
After driving interstate for a camping trip I needed to see a Dr quickly.
I was so grateful to secure an appointment with a Dr Gregory McMahon when I rang the surgery who were incredibly accommodating. My appointment with the loveliest Dr who was so onto my symptoms and quickly organised treatment.
What a great service and amazing staff and Medical team .

Dr Greg McMahon. The worst GP experience and the least helpful doctor visit I have ever had. After explaining my injury extensively to Dr McMahon he responded with “well what do you want me to do about it?”. He had no opinion, no answers and did not care. Rude, extremely un-professional, did not want to be there whatsoever. Worst GP experience I have ever had, hopeless. He read none of the notes I sent him nor did he check any MRI OR CT scan that I had asked him to review.

Very impressed with the Burleigh Medical Center, Dr McMahon was fantastic with the information and care I received, put me at ease. The nurse's and office staff were really lovely, helpful and supportive. I am new to this clinic with having just recently moved to Australia, and will be definitely continuing my care here.
