I’m a support worker for a quadriplegic, we need to have QAS transport arranged thru a doctors surgery. I make sure paperwork is handed to receptionist 1 month prior to appointment minimum but it’s not submitted to QAS until a few days out from the day transport is required and no transport is available at such late notice. This leaves the patient unable to attend hospital for requires surgery, leaving him in pain and increased stress levels. This is unacceptable

Customer service lady on the 12 of feb 2025 need some serious attention to customer service. She told a little girl 6 year old girl waiting for her father to get out and wait outside even tho she knew It was hot

Most disorganised medical practice i have ever encountered.

I went for iron infusion. Despite an appointment I waited nearly 2 hours because of nurse rudeness and bad behaviour she even not know how to use the system and computers how to connect with reports and communicate with doctors then with patient.
Then nurse inject the drip and all things then went for her break she left the patient unattended and forget that she’s on duty . I called several times then I took the canola/needles off my self. Then I went outside and called her where were you instead of feeling shame she was smiling and telling me why didn’t you call me.

Karen the receptionist is very rude not helping the patient .

Would strongly recommend you go anywhere else regardless of how urgently you need medical attention

Wish I read the last review about the disorganisation before going in to this doctor. I have been there 3 times and each time seemed only to get worse so I thought I would have a look at the reviews to check if others have had the same experiences and yes, the wait time is horrific and the patients almost seem to be called at random, I also got a random screening and blood pressure check as I came in I would understand if the doctor did it at the start of your appointment like normal but this was some other separate team of nurses ? then was told to sit for hours to end up seeing the doctor anyway the receptionists are rude no one knows what they are doing the receptionist diddnt even know how to access there own health care data to see my previous medical history (witch she felt was necessary for me to have to book the appointment!) I said I don’t have that information but your data base does she almost laughed at me and it took me calling ANOTHER medical practice and put them on loud speaker to explain to the receptionist what to do.. what a joke just don’t go

Hi everyone reading My review , I just wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful Doctor , Dr Gallage .I have been going to this surgery for years , and have always been really happy with the level of kindness I receive with every visit . I see the good doctor regularly and there has never been a time that the receptionist Karen hasn't tried Her best to offer Me an appointment when needed .I live and work locally and always feel at ease coming to this Surgery .I hope this review helps whoever is reading it make a decision Cheers Robyn

Dr Gallege is a good dr, one of the only medical centres that takes time to do ndis applications instead of just rushing through and going to the next patient. If you have Pension cards so it’s free. Podiatrist nurse station etc
I have 6 specialists and the referral process is simple. Chemist next to the medical Center so don’t have to drive around m.

Most disorganised medical practice i have ever encountered.
Took wife there for 1st Covid shot. Despite an appointment she sat for nearly 2 hours as vaccinations were being fitted in around medical appointments. Waiting room was crowded and most ignored mask requirements.
They tried to have my wife undergo blood tests and scans as a new patient . Not needed or wanted.
Once she was vaccinated they told her to leave immediately, no 15 minute monitoring period.

Cancelled 2nd Covid shot and booked elsewhere. Unfortunately the clinic has not uploaded her vaccinated details, no 2nd shot received and cannot receive it until 1st shot is registered.
Contacted the clinic and they have absolutely no idea what they are supposed to do and just kept saying to register as a new patient.

Would strongly recommend you go anywhere else regardless of how urgently you need medical attention
