Great staff. The reception and nursing team go absolutely above and beyond to help.
The doctors do a great job too, especially considering the amount of people they see every day.

If I could give them -5 I would. The other day I called to make an appointment with one of there doctors, I called everywhere and couldn’t get in to see anyone but they had 1 open spot a few days later. I told the receptionist that I’d like to book the appointment she was like “oh ok” then hung up on me… so I called back and was like uh I wanted to book the appointment, then she booked me in. Before she did I asked if they could do a med cert for me for that day since I couldn’t get in anywhere else, the receptionist told me it shouldn’t be an issue. Great! So I’m all booked in for 9:20.
The day comes and I’m waiting 9:30 comes and he didn’t call me, he must be running behind. I waited no joke until 12:05PM!!!!!! For my phone appointment they had me waiting HOURS ! I then ask for my med cert and he was like. No. I’m like oh no I spoke to reception and she told me I could get one if I booked in an appointment. He sat there arguing with me refusing to give me a med cert and then HUNG UP ON ME.. I called the reception back and she pretty much told me that they would never agree to that because there not allowed to give out med certs after a day. I know that’s a full lie because I have gotten one days and days after I’ve been sick. I then said well can we sort something out bc the whole point of this appointment was to get one and I’ve been waiting hours and hours and It’s now too late for me to go anywhere else. She was like ‘nope sorry’ then hung up on me..
there extremely rude. Unprofessional, nasty and horrible. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this place and wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down.
Don’t go here!!! There’s plenty of caring kind doctors out there don’t give them the time of day or your money.

Never go here. They canceled someone I knows appointment cause he missed 3 appointments he needed too reschedule due to work commitments. But they banned him cause it’s wasting their time. But hey u can sit on their surgery 1hr or 2 past ur appointment time and that’s ok without them saying im sorry we’re running really far behind but that’s ok too waste our time. I see someone here has given Dr Lee a 1 star review, so I feel I need to put my perspective on this.

I have been coming to this Medical Centre for 10 years. I have had no bad experiences with them. We used to see Dr Sheen. He was amazing. He would actually bother to place his stethoscope on you and do a physical examination to verify he diagnosis. Unfortunately he left to work elsewhere.

Dr Lee is exactly the same era and style of Doctor. He has been very accurate with his diagnosis and talks about alternative pharmaceutical options. He is lovely and I trust him 100%.

And no I am not a family relative of either Dr.

Dr. Lee is the type of doctor that makes you wish to never see a medical professional again and the kind that makes dying more preferable to spending any minute with this sad excuse of a GP. Every visit with him is a combination of him making you feel stupid for not coming in dying and sloppy work on obtaining important documentation just so he doesn't have to see your face again. Having ADHD is already hell in itself when people don't understand, but it's inexcusable when a GP interrogates and downplays the very symptoms your reporting, and basically shows you the door when he can't (or won't). I'm stuck with him until I find a better GP. If you get saddled with him, find another GP, who actually cares to do their job.

Worst doctor clinic I've experienced. Went in with chest pain after a karate class. My ribs feel extremely sore to cough and sneeze. Got sent to get x-rays. Over a week later, I still haven't heard from them. I have tried to call and they are not picking up. I do not know the results of my x-rays and my ribs still hurt a lot.
Do not go here for anything serious

If i can give 0 i would. One for the reception staff who were quite nice. But Doctor Lee is horrible! I came because of backpain, pins and needles on my hands and feet that dont go awya for 3 weeks already, also for my endometriosis. He told ne straight away, see another doctor when u come back i dont take any more new ones and also get a female doctor for your endo. Mind u i tried to book their female dc but they were booked out. Understandable he said that, but the way he said it was so rude. He told me my back pain was from carrying my toddlers and that the pins and needles are from the change of weather! Every time i try to describe my health problem he contradicts it with insults!!! What a horrible human being! He shamed me and gaslighted me that my symptoms were imaginary! I dont know how this person can be a doctor with the way he treats his patients! Never coming back! Hope someone treats you the way you treat your patients!
