Having just had my doctor retire, I was looking for a new GP. I did not expect to find one that suited me on my first attempt, but I was absolutely thrilled to meet Dr Arshiya. Not only did she treat me as knowledgeable about my own body, she listened to my concerns and came up with ideas that i had not considered. The office staff were warm and welcoming and I immediately felt seen and looked after. I'm glad to have found my new medical home base.

Unbelievably amazing to call and get an on the day appointment with the Dr of my choice. Professional and helpful receptionist while booking in. Dr is caring and helpful with my medical needs thoroughly examining me and providing me with answers and medication to relieve my pain.
Would of been 5 star is was able to bulk bill.

The staff are kind and considerate. I needed clear signal to make a call while waiting for my appointment. The reception ladies on level 5 allowed me into a testing room to get better signal to make the call. They have also assisted me with scanning and emailing medical certificates. Very kind of them.

Been to dr Lock twice now, both times the worst experience
First time he wouldn’t send my referral to John Hunter hospital to start my antenatal care until I had my 12 weeks scan so I was half way through my pregnancy before my antenatal care started (he also wrote the wrong referral for my ultrasound I had to go back and get it fixed)
Second time was just rude, and wrote me a script for something I didn’t go there for

all reviews about dr lock are 100% accurate, useless doctor! Don’t waste your money
no wonder he always has appointments available ..

Always happy with the care I receive from my regular doctor, Dr Lucy. She is caring, knowledgeable and compassionate and always takes the time to listen and resolve any problems and concerns I may have come to her with. Reception staff are always polite and happy to go the extra mile for a patient with a critical concern.
Clinic itself is always clean and hygienic.

The doctors here have always taken my medical issues seriously and I have never felt dismissed. I have always had good experiences with this practice. The reception staff are always really nice even though they are super busy. I know they don't bulk bill but nowhere on the coast is able to do that, if they did they would have had to close their doors long ago like many other practices. I also love that I can now book on HotDoc to get appointments.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with this practice, they have really helped me during a difficult pregnancy. Dr Lucy has gone above and beyond with her care. Reception staff are always polite and friendly and nurse is also lovely.
