Barrie was amazing to deal with from our first walkthrough of Burbanks display homes at Shoreline, Redland bay.
He was one of the only sales agents who took the time to sit down with us on the 1st day.
Now we can’t wait for our new house to be built early next year.

We are now in our new home in just over 12 months from signing contracts to completion. Only issue was my lack of understanding on how long the finishing stage takes. David our site supervisor was amazing kept us updated via text through the whole process. He was also very patient with me when I was very impatient towards the end of construction.

Kimberley and Luisa in the office were amazing as well answered any questions/concerns I had promptly and reassuring me when needed. Colour selection was great as well appreciated the guidance through that -process and it all turned out beautifully.

Well done to everyone as Burbank that were a part of our build and again David Dobson and his team built us a top quality home with very few delays.

Burbank have a very well set out house plans utilising the space well that is what inspired me to go with the Burbank home . The build once it started progressed quickly and Matt my building supervisor was helpful and sent me through progress pics and kept me informed along the way also the Burbank team was very helpful . The end result is a very nice house good quality above average products and fixtures . I am very happy and would definately use Burbank for any other house builds in the future

Great service. We are first home owners with no idea how the new build process works. Maks was fantastic at showing us what was possible and advising how the process works. He was even able to help us by recommending Solicitors. The process is fast regarding securing a Lot. That's the toughest part in the current climate. He talked us through the process and helped us understand what was possible. We are excited, nervous and looking forward to the day we receive the keys to our new home.

Randall explained the process of building with Burbank in a way that was very straightforward. We were able to make changes to the plan without being faced with huge price increases.

Disappointed with Burbank Homes. The yard was left with rubbish and broken glass down the side of the house. Rubbish was left in the ceiling and myself and my independent inspector were not allowed to access the ceiling before handover. The power cables run across walls instead of straight down so if i try to mount something to the walls there is potential of drilling into live wires. Technically this is legal as it has a circuit breaker but is very poor workmanship. The kitchen cupboards had damage inside and i was told once they are installed there is nothing they can do. multiple doors would not close properly as the hinges were not recessed properly, non straight walls, The list goes on all we are told is it is within specifications. I paid over $4000 for a front garden and turf but as they put crusher dust under the turf with no topsoil nearly all the lawn is dead even with daily watering, the plants in the front garden are growing out the top as the roots cant penetrate into the ground under the crusher dust. I was informed by the regional supervisor that they only pay the landscaper minimum amount and that is what i get for the cost. Very disappointing and would not recommend them to anyone.
