Wow! Wow! & Wow! I needed a new Dr after 40 years with Dr Mark Smith retiring. I was referred to here and could not beleive the massive difference in culture to the run down Manly Clinic in Clara St. The staff are happy, the staff clearly want to work there, they are attentive and friendly and nothing is a hassle. Changing Dr’s & Medical centres takes time but these guys are super professional. They answer their phones (quick), they respond to emails (quick) and make you feel valued. Granted it is not bulk billed but you get what you deserve, quality centre, great waiting room space, great Dr’s and the nurse there also did after my visit the flu jab and Covid jabs. As I said nothing is too much trouble and they actually “care”. I met Dr Tim Haydock - great young Dr who asked a lot of questions. He reminded me of Dr Mark Smith in many ways! If you want a quality medical centre this is the one! Well done Bay Village Medical Centre!

I was struck as a pedestrian by a speeding vehicle at 80km/h, I had one "fair" experience with Dr Soo An. I decided to transfer my pregnant wife's care to her, she has cancer. Dr Soo An then referred her to SW Metro Public Drug and Alcohol intake, costing me thousands, then declined my care based on the fact she is my wife; did not read the referral and clearly has nothing better to do with her time due to a lack of patients then re-do her old work and over analyze actions she's already taken and back out of medical decisions.

This lack of decision-making capability, failure to declare upon initial consultation she is not actually a doctor she is simply a Registrar, poor communication, and moral judgement and stereotyping of an indigenous cancer sufferer, then declining my care and pain medication now means I have had to restructure my finances, cost me 25% of my P.A. income - a volunteer Carer lives on $58 a day, $40 of that now goes to "daily dispense" medication for someone who was not patient enough to wait for a very well written, expensive and simple referral that would of progressed her career with clear simple instructions, left her in tears having been 'accosted' by Metro South West Drug and Intake while undergoing convalescent care and left my greenslip payout in jeopardy.

I will be in communication with AHPRA about her poor health outcomes for her patients, and now have to restructure my Special Counsel solicitor to withdraw the pre-paid weekly appointments costing her employer a substantial and easy account, that was simply referrals raised, and I can no longer complete physio as I am left without PRN medication for my pain medications- 3 hours of my day gone everyday, and 7 days to find a doctor with non-completion of physio making me thing....

I would never employ her, engage with her, communicate with her or even talk to her if I had known her underlying character traits and I question Manly Village Medical Practices integrity in not having her declare she is not a doctor. She is a registrar. I don't anticipate her career ending well in medicine, though I wish her all the best.

I have been to plenty of Doctors and this is by far the best clinic I have ever been too! Dr Barry and Dr Pham are the most kindest people you will ever meet, so thorough and really listen to what’s going on! Not only is the atmosphere very inviting but the reception girls are so lovely. I spoke to the young girl Jess at the reception on my way out and she kept things light hearted, easy and comfortable. She definitely left me with a smile on my face🤩🤩🤩

I moved to the area late last year while I was pregnant and needed to find a doctor who could understand my complicated history and also be the Dr for our newborn. Dr Orla Barry has been amazing to our family. Understands my medical history and conditions well, does research to ensure I’m getting the best treatment and is great with our little one. I highly recommend Dr Barry.

"I recently visited Manly Village Medical for a consultation, and I must say, my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The reception staff at Manly Village Medical were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth.

The waiting area was clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating and a soothing ambiance. Despite being busy, I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my appointment.

I had the privilege of being seen by Doctor Soo Bin An, and I must commend her expertise and bedside manner. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Doctor An took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the treatment options, and answer all of my questions.

The medical staff, including the nurses and other doctors at Manly Village Medical, were also exceptional. They provided excellent support throughout my visit.

The facility itself was modern and well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which added to my confidence in the quality of care.

Overall, my experience at Manly Village Medical, particularly with Doctor Soo Bin An, was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you to Doctor An and the entire team for providing such exceptional care."

Very disappointing and complete time wasters, will not go back.
Charged me $85 for an appointment that lasted 5 minutes, during which I sat there and watched the GP read a referral letter and then reject it, claiming to possess superior knowledge to that of an allergy specialist doctor.
Reception staff were wonderful.

The practice is run really well in my opinion. The people who work in reception are smart and run through all the admin side of things very well. It was so refreshing to see this after having such bad experiences in the past with the admin side of things (at a different practice).

Don’t book anything with this doctor Dr Soo An! She sent us home after seeing my child who couldn’t breath properly. She only counted how many breath per minute she was having without checking her oxygen level. Her oxygen level was so low a few hours later our appointment she had to be hospitalised for 2 days! She could have died if I had listened to this doctor who didn’t want to give my child her antibiotics for a mycoplasma pneumonia, she prescribed instead some Ventoline! And I had to pay 143$ for a consultation that was a big mistake! No sorry whatsoever from the clinic and they showed us the door telling us they could transfer the files to another clinic!!
