I was very satisfied with my first appointment at this practice. I saw the nurse firstly who was very kind and communicative. I was then seen by Dr Marek (I was recommended him by a friend) who was much more thorough than any GP I've seen before. He performed a lot of physical tests quickly and efficiently including ones I'd never had before like flexibility tests and looking up my nose with a scope.

He already uncovered one chronic issue which explains a lot of my symptoms. It felt good to get answers and feel like I was in good hands. He was also very mindful of the fact I travelled from further away. I'll definitely be back to see him.

My husband has been going to this medical centre since 2009 we have seen Doctors come and go. I won't bore you with our issues but my husband needed a medical certifcate and mental health plan discussed with a available doctor we are extremely tight with money and wages still a day away. The only doctor available charges per visit, We had no money to pay for the non bulk billing service and fee to cough up the importance of the paperwork and our loyalty over the years may be compassion was needed to bulk bill just this time. Thank you to the admin staff who tried very hard to help my husband unfortunately decision was made higher up and full fee to be paid at consult . My husband hadn't visited the doctor for over 12 months it was decided he will be charged consult fee and treated as a new patient because he hasn't been sick regularly. 13 years sadly time to find another doctor where a consult fee was more important than sorting a mental health care plan & doctor cert . I thought those services are always bulk billed no matter what.

By far the best medical centre on the coast. I’ve been several times between receiving care for myself as well as my baby. I’ve never had a long wait and the doctors always take a good amount of time with us, ensuring the diagnosis is thorough and that we understand everything. We’ve particularly appreciated the care we’ve received from Dr Ngo and Dr Tam. The reception staff have always been pleasant and efficient as well. Highly recommend!
