Sometimes hard to get through in the phone, but can almost always get an appointment that day or the next few. Great Bulk Billing. Really nice staff with a good sense of humour that in this day and age have to put up with a lot. I have been looked after by 2 awesome doctors and an awesome nurse. here. Thanks Guys!

Very caring doctors, lovely reception staff. The wait times can be longer sometimes than a privately billed or mixed billed practice but happy to wait to be bulk billed, they do a fantastic job at ensuring healthcare stays affordable.

The ladies at the front desk are super lovely. They bulk bill here and I find it quite easy to get appointments throughout the week and on Saturday. The wait is usually quite long but this happens pretty much at every GP I have been to do no surprises there. Just note you do need to make a longer appointment when you have more than 1 question! Regardless of how small it is!

I saw one of their GPs with cold symptoms, and whilst some swab tests were ordered, I was also immediately prescribed antibiotics. As the test confirmed, I have the flu, so antibiotics do not work! Why do you prescribe meds without confirming the illness first?!
I find it very concerning to receive incorrect treatment for something as common as the flu.

I also have been here twice for a female health/ pap test and left in pain each time. The set up for these tests is worse than I have seen anywhere else, and the doctor told me 'it is normal if it hurts and may bleed'.
It is absolutely not normal! Whilst uncomfortable, this should not hurt.
Either get an appropriate set up to perform a pap test, or write a referral to a gynaecologist.

This medical centre is only okay if you 'just' need a medical certificate for work, or if you already know your condition and need to refill your prescription.
If you have any actual concerns or need a diagnosis, go elsewhere!

This practice needs better time management and communication. Had an appt with dr Larkins today booked for 11am, she spent over 20 minutes with one patient and takes another 5-10 minutes to actually come back out and call for the next person, my son was very unwell so we left at 11:40. Sick patients should not have to wait 40+ minutes to see a doctor especially with appointments booked. Disappointing.

The doctors are very helpful but also seem very busy, they try their best.
Unfortunately it's one of the few places that's bulk billed and most GP's here don't accept new patients. Some doctors require you to wear a mask.
Please respect that, they are constantly seeing sick people. You don't want your GP to be sick do you, who gon help you when you're sick. Rule of thumb, just bring a mask in case, if you're in a vicinity of sick people.
There seems to be miscommunication with reception, maybe new and forgot to mention something. Just forgive and give the benefit of the doubt.

I could have given them 0 stars if I could. Worst service . They have no respect for your time. Over an hour waiting time for pre booked appointments. Why run a service if you don’t have basic time management skills.Very unprofessional and pathetic service. Never recommend anyone here.

So many reason for 1 star - too many to list - but let's start with they cancelled my appointment to get my results, and when I objected they threatened me with the Police. Even when I was silent - they told me I was being abusive. When I asked for a TELEhealth appointment I was refused. I didn't raise my voice or swear at them....apparently my tone of voice was aggressive. And apparently when I rang back (trying to get my results)after they hung up on me numerous times - this was holding up their phone lines. This is just one instance.

I have many more examples from different appointments at the same surgery....like them running 40mins late, then going in for a PAPSMEAR and being told they couldn't do it because the DR had a sore finger. Only to find out on another appointment that Smears are no longer done by the DR and are self administered.

I can continue - but you get the drift.
