I had a 1 minute call to confirm i needed an updated referral to a specialist i had been going to for years. I have had this done previously at no cost. I have been a patient of Lillian Cooper Centre since the 80's. I was shocked to receive a call
requesting payment as i was not initially advised. Seems the owners now are all about the money and not the patient. Particularly one who had referred alot of new patients over the years. Most disappointing
