I can’t speak highly enough of Sorrento Physiotherapy & Pilates Centre - Core Healthcare Group! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Lynsey at the front desk is with her lovely Scottish accent is always friendly, efficient, and makes every visit a breeze to check in and out of.

My physiotherapist Shontal is truly exceptional — knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly effective. She takes the time to listen and tailor each session to your individual needs. I’ve seen real progress and a huge improvement to my physical work as a photographer thanks to her expertise and care.

And a big shoutout also to Jun for the extra physio support as well — his attention to detail with technique and encouragement have been a huge help in my recovery and overall wellness journey.

The whole team creates such a positive and supportive environment. I love going in to see them each week and I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier care and a truly holistic approach to health!

I’ve been to a few physio on the Gold Coast but this is the best one so far! I have seen an immense improvement in my strength and flexibility thanks to Shontal and Jun! Spoke to the physio person himself when I booked. I was supposed to be booked in at the Benowa clinic, I even mentioned that I was seeing the doctors next door after my appointment.
even gave him the details of the surgeon that did my surgery at Gold Coast private. BUT I WAS BOOKED INTO BRISBANE OFFICE.
She just said sorry will have to check with him why but I have no availability for you.
This is my second time there
First time the physio person was hopeless
TOLD THEM I WILL NEVER BE BACK

Plus they are Medibank preferred I will advise Medibank too

Attended due to a dislocated shoulder. Shontal was incredible, very friendly and explained everything in relation to the recovery process and the action plan. Only needed a couple of sessions but couldn’t recommend more, thank you!

Jessica McDonald was incredible! She really spent the time on me and listened to all my concerns. Very professionally and made me feel 100% comfortable. Jessica was knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful tips. Looking forward to my next appointment. Would highly recommend!

Only giving you guys a 1 star because you guys followed me on insta and a few trainers. Then unfollowed me and others just to keep followers for your page. I’m all in for supporting businesses but this is such a cheap and lazy way to grow your account

The team at Core Physio have been nothing short of perfection. Drew and Jessica have been there for my wife for every high and low. They have been understanding patient and extraordinary in their willingness to help and be there for her. They are truly the best don’t go anywhere else it’s a waste of time.
