Injured my hand recently requiring surgery . I went to Physio Moves today, two days after having the stitches removed. My fingers were sore and I felt stiff and had lost flexibility in my hand, wrist and shoulders.
Within half an hour she had gone a long way towards fixing the above problems and even had me commencing strengthening exercises.
She has a pleasant jovial manner and provides good facilities including aqua therapy for her patients.
