After a great initial appointment with Ellie I was left very disheartened today to arrive to be told my appointment had been cancelled, I was curiously asked if i had planned going away and cancelled, no i planned atteneding my appointment i booked a week earlier and confirmed the day prior via text with a capital "Y" after recent surgery I desperately needed this appointment, organised a driver, picked my kids up early from school, all to be told a receptionist had cancelled my appointment a day earlier, the same day I confirmed via text that I would attend, I was asked if I wanted to try see someone else which would mean wasting half my money and time to go over all my issues again which I declined, I was texted later saying if I returned I would receive $30 off but for the stress and difficulty travel/pain travelling it caused today I won't be back. What they may see as a small clerical error can be a big deal for people recovering from significant surgeries.

I’ve been seeing Fergus since February this year to treat a neck injury, and the improvement has been significant. From the start, Fergus was thorough in his assessment and created a personalized treatment plan that truly worked for me. He explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what we were working on and why. I’ve noticed significant progress thanks to his help, and I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

Fergus is a young man that works at Back in Motion.
Sadly because of this young man's,attitude and disrespect he has ruined the name of Back in Motion. Once I would have highly recommend people to go there. Now I would not.

Rebecca is my physio and she is absolutely fantastic. Not only do i have a great physio but the whole servicing team at Back in motion bundall is fantastic. You get welcomed by Grace and Georgia who are so lovely and friendly. They are magnificent and I'd recommend them to everyone.

Back in motion Bundall. The Physio therapists, including the reception team could be more empathetic with their clients, it depends on whom you talk to,
Justin was well knowledgeable and understanding of one’s needs, it’s a shame he’s not longer there. I can’t recommend this practice without his direction.

I have been in Back in Motion for my recovery and I recommend it. Fergus has delivered a very useful treatment. Paying attention at my sensations and adapting the exercises along all the sessions. Also, after the treatment, he designed an exercise program to keep a healthy rutine, with lots of tips and variations.
