As a new patient, I am very impressed with the professional manner I received at your clinic. I was referred to Dr Derek for my medical requirements.Dr Derek examined my previous medical records & requested a ECG to be undertaken the following week.A care plan was also completed by a very capable nurse.
It was a pleasant experience not to have to wait approx 1to2 hours as was the case from my previous clinic.
Looking forward to a positive experience with the Broadbeach Medical team.

Dr Morgan O’Brien has been our family GP since the early 80’s. He is very knowledgeable and professional Doctor who is dedicated to his patients with a great sense of Irish humour. He is easy to communicate with, nothing is ever too complicated. Dr O’Brien does not hesitate to refer us to some of the best specialists and that has been the case several times for me and my wife.

We are lucky to have such a great doctor who we appreciate to care for our family.

Dr Brodie, Dr Ngieng, Sandra on Reception and the team and Julie the practice nurse all have our respect.

What a wonderful Medical Practice to attend. For about 5 years I have received the best of service, compassion, and information, to promote a healthier lifestyle for myself. The "bedside manner" throughout the Practice is second to none, it being with Dr. O'Brien and Dr. Ngieng. I have never felt awkward during my time in Reception, Consulting Rooms, or Procedure Room. I highly recommend this Medical Practice and put on record how thankful I am to the staff for their continual care of my medical issues.

Dr O’Brian is fabulous, I have been going to see him for a very long time. My husband also sees him now. He is so knowledgeable, we both have so much faith in him. If we have a phone consultation, it is always on time, never a long wait for surgery appointments and we never feel rushed, and that we are really listened to.
Parking now is so easy and free (for 3 hours), now the surgery has moved to the Oasis shopping centre, in Broadbeach.

I was very pleased with the service from the receptionists. I was leaving the morning of the day I had been seen at the medical clinic. I rang and they were able to see me two hours before my flight. The doctor was very thorough and sent my tests and notified me to let me know of my results. Thank you so much to the medical team.

Brought my mother in here today for the first time (with no appointment) as she had become very unwell very quickly. The entire staff were amazing - compassionate and efficient. An ambulance was called and I cannot thank them enough for listening to me when I said she needed an appointment. They were respectful of her and did not leave her side until she was taken to hospital. We will be returning.
