Had a great experience seeing Dr Bashar today. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. Tami greeted me warmly as always, and Michelle was quick and friendly during vitals. Sometimes there is a long wait as the clinic gets a lot of walk-in emergencies, but it's always worth the wait when you get such detailed and thorough care.

Clean and pleasant waiting room, lovely reception greeted with great hospitality. After my initial consultation with dr Bashar I knew he was highly experienced in many aspects, since then I was diagnosed with terminal cancer. They truly care about the welfare of their patients. I’m now in remission. Unbelievable!!! Thanks dr Bashar Abdulazrak and his team at paradise city!! True og family practice at its finest! Thanks

From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. The receptionist greeted me with a big smile and got me checked in quickly. Dr Fon was incredibly kind and attentive, she really listened to all my concerns and made sure I felt heard.

This place has been looking after me since I have had my newborn
The receptionist Tammy is absolutely amazing always willing to go above and beyond to cater for me and my family Dr Bashar is by far one of the best Dr we have seen with a friendly approach and the nursing staff are always there to help you answer questions and make you feel comfortable.
Because of this my family and I will continue to come to this practice.

I have been a customer for years but the clinic has lost me as a client today. I called up to make an appointement and the receptionist which answered the phone with a name starting with T. was extremely rude. She had been rude in the past but today was just too much. It felt like she was annoyed that I wanted to schedule an appointment with a doctor from the clinic and was very sharp and rude over the phone. Not coming again...

I have been going to paradise city medical center for about 10years now I have got to know the amazing professionals that work in the clinic especially the wonderful receptionist her name is Tammy she is a credit to the medical center always has time to talk to you on the phone and in person has a wonderful demeanor she has always help me and my family couldn’t ask for a better receptionist I wish I could have Tammy work in my business if I could give the medical centre 10stars I would kind regards Matoula!!
