I made an appointment with Her Medical halfway through my first pregnancy after an incredibly underwhelming experience at a previous clinic. I was honestly swept away by the service and the quality of appointment outcomes that I experienced. My previous doctor missed key ultrasound timeframes, and even forgot to send my referral to the hospital. Within one appointment at Her Medical (Dr Hade), all referals were created and sent to external providers, scripts for medications were provisioned, a timeline of expected scans and appointments was provided and Dr Hade explained when to book the next appointment and what we would be going through so I understood the importance.

Even reception was kind, welcoming and understanding which is not the usual experience at previous clinics I've visited.

Honestly, just thank you for supporting me in my first pregnancy - I'm feeling far more supported and well informed about what to do next. Thank you!

Dr. Megan Kelly is an exceptional practitioner—caring, empathetic, and truly attentive. She goes above and beyond in providing support, far exceeding what I would ever expect from a general practitioner. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without her.

My two children have also started seeing Dr. Vladana O’Neill and Dr. Lauren McKay, and both have provided exceptional care. Their dedication and compassion in looking after my children have been remarkable.

Beyond the individual doctors, Her Medical as a practice is professional, welcoming, and highly efficient. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting—more like being cared for by family than simply visiting a medical practice. Colleen, who oversees the practice, does an extraordinary job in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

I cannot recommend Her Medical highly enough. Their commitment to patient care is unmatched, and I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I saw Dr Megan Kelly for my annual skin check.
Stephanie checked me in and made sure my details were up to date. My appointment started on time and Dr Kelly was brilliant. Highly professional but incredibly welcoming. She answered questions I had and was able to help me with a couple of marks that needed attention. The nurse who assisted her was lovely and helpful with ensuring I was certain about my care for the areas.

Had a bad experience driving past here one day after picking up my partner, nearly got cleaned up by a massive red Ute that didn’t give way. Rang the business and complained and they told me it was the owner and they couldn’t help me.

Thought nothing of it until tgis weekend at Bunnings got stuck in the trade section for ages. Lo and behold it’s the same ridiculous ute and guy holding everyone up and not even willing to move at first. Parked on the turn and prevented anyone with a normal size car or bigger getting through.

As such I’ve decided to put up a review because old mate has no regard for anyone but himself, is entitled and arrogant.
