I was trying to get through to this clinic for almost an hour today. I even tried calling back. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful and the voice recording eventually told me that the clinic was now closed and to please contact the after hours home doctor. This was at 12:20pm today. Your website hours say you're open until 1pm on Saturdays.

As someone with years of administration experience I find this extremely frustrating. I understand clinics become busy, especially on weekends. Picking up a line that has already been on hold for a number of minutes to say something as simple as you "Hi! I won't be long, if its an emergency please contact 000, if not please continue to hold, thank you" should be implemented in your practice polices.

Also, I contacted the after hours home doctor and was told that there were no doctors within the Mackay area. Please update this. Thanks.

This clinic used to be fabulous. They had several fantastic Drs and really lovely staff on reception and some brilliant nurse's. But its Gone down hill rapidly since your good drs have left. So much so ive change clinics. Reception staff advised this was what they recommended for me. I dont know exactly why you can't keep good Drs but ever since 2019 things have fallen by the wayside.
I didn't want to change clinics as you are cconveniently located and I don't like having to start again with new drs and staff.
I would no longer be happy to recommend this practice.

This is a good medical practice. Friendly, efficient reception staff. I have seen two of the Drs here and have been very satisfied with the care I received.

I waited for over an hour for my appointment. They said they were having issues with the computers. I felt like they accepted more bookings of what they can actually handle.

used to be good, but lately I can never get through. On hold for ages and ages. Doctor is nice, but can never get booked in...

The reception staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. Dr's are helpful & never make you feel rushed

I'm very disgusted in this medical centre,
Was on my way to get my son immunised was on the high way stuck in traffic was not even gonna be 5 minuets late, so we rang them just to tell them we was nearly there and they said we wernt gonna be seen,
Dead set not even 5 minute away and was turned away well we will not be back.
