I have followed Dr Chris wherever he has worked for about 12 years. He is a gentle, caring Dr who truly listens and cares. I've seen Dr George a couple of times and been happy with his caring approach too. Nurse Jess is kind and caring and often on the end of the phone for quick questions and Karen is very kind and helpful on the reception desk. I drive 25 mins to go to this clinic. Thank you guys.

This practise is the best I have ever used. In recent years I have had some serious medical issues and between Melbourne, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast I have visited my fair share of doctors surgeries and hospitals.

The Registrar at a major hospital here on the Sunshine Coast contacted them when I was admitted earlier this year. He called me later to say how impressed he was with the teo do tors I have seen there. Suggest I never leave unless leaving the coast. High praise indeed. I would give then a 10 star if Google had them.

Very disappointing. This clinic was recommended to me by my wife. I booked a long appointment to have a medical assessment for work. I discussed my needs when making the booking, explaining exactly what I needed and what type of medical was required. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes with no explanation or apology I finally got to see Dr. George at 2 minutes to closing time. He promptly told me he would not be able to complete the medical and I would have to come back for another appointment. Then he sent me for a urine sample. When I returned to his office (after approx 2 mins) I found he was not there. I waited for 5 minutes before asking the receptionist where he was. She told me he was just in with another patient and would not be long. I walked out.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

This Surgery is by far, the VERY BEST I've ever encountered. Karen and young Rod and Mrs George and all of the receptionists are absolutely fantastic and always try to be as helpful as possible.

BUT, I FEEL, the success of this surgery is foremostly,
mainly due to it having been where the BEST EVER doctor anyone could wish for has been practising.

That being, namely,
Doctor Chris Robson.
A REAL, OLD FASHIONED, EMPATHETIC AND CARING PROFESSIONAL who I truly cannot SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF!

UNFORTUNATELY though, my Doctor Chris Robson, who I've been seeing for more than 8 years now, is no longer available at this practice and has apparently completely retired from General Practice, so I've been advised.

I don't know what I'm going to do now because it's going to be so difficult to find a Doctor as caring and knowledgeable as Dr. Chris and someone who understands that Chronic Disabling Pain NEEDS STRONG PAIN RELIEF and won't look at you as if you're some sort of JUNKIE just because you take and ask for medication like Endone which is truly the only thing that keeps me being able to work with Severe Degenerative Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis in every joint and, WORST OF ALL, in my actual SPINAL COLUMN which is slowly causing my spine to become "calcified" and RIDGID, instead of being pliable and no other Doctor I've ever consulted has REALISED just what AGONISING, CRIPPLING and PERMANENT PAIN this condition causes.

Please keep in contact Doctor Chris, you're worth your weight in GOLD. GOD BLESS YOU!

Dr George is a good dr. My mum is a regular patient.
Today she was well enough to visit dr to get an updated scrip for her puffer suffering from flu & problems breathing during coughing fits.

As usual receptionist refused her an appt..,!!
(Mum has complained about this to dr George on previous occasions & dr George told my mum that he will see her. Receptionist have been told this before)
My mum told receptionist she will wait, she was told drs are on lunch. Mum still demands that she is happy to wait.
Over an hour later my mum still patiently waiting.
Drs return from lunch & call patients ignoring my mum who has waited for over an hr in an empty waiting room.

Dr George has been my mums support for several years during her cancer treatments
The older receptionist is nice & is caring but the young ones are horrible.
SO MUCH FOR PATIENT CARE
DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES
I am so disgusted my mum left in tears & without medical attention...!!!!

Dr George is our family doctor - there are eight of us in the family, us as grandparents including our son-in-law, daughter and their four children. We find that Dr George has an "old school" bed side manner of empathy, reassurance and makes one feel that he really cares. He is professional with great diagnostic ability and commensurate application of the correct medicine. Thank you Dr George and your wonderful team at the front desk that are so friendly and approachable - a great asset to the Buderim community.
