My first visit to this new practice after discovering the doctor I usually see had moved there. Its a nice new clinic and they are very thorough. I like the way a nurse checks your blood pressure/temperature etc before you see the doctor so you can spend more time discussing the main medical concerns with the doctor without feeling rushed.

Zoe Hutchins is an amazing dr that I would follow anywhere (as have most of her patients). The receptionist here however made a really bad day for me feel a whole lot worse and if it was my first time seeing Zoe I would honestly not go back because of how I was made to feel when I first got there.
You work in customer service. Do better for the amazing doctor that I'm coming to see.

P.s. In response to the owners reply, I forgot and told the desk girl I would be late, she asked the Doctor, and Zoe said that was okay. The desk chick was rude when I got there and behaved as though it was her that I had messed around by being so overwhelmed I completely forgot my appointment. I have been a patient of Zoe's for 10 years and she knew it was absolutely abnormal of me to do that. Also you are a doctor surgery, don't respond to people's reviews and put things out of context. Disgusting.

I wasn’t planning on posting a review of Dr Alexander Baggott, mainly because I know it’ll only make this practice even busier! But after my first appointment with him, I felt like sharing my experience. From the moment we met, I had a strong sense that Dr Baggott is one of a kind.
