I am truly so grateful for Christie and her services. At the beginning of this year I was having an incredibly hard time with my anxiety which even lead to me going to the ER with a panic attack. I was offered traditional medical pathways to manage my anxiety but wanted to instead try a more natural and holistic approach with Christie’s health coaching services first. I am so glad I made this choice and so thankful Christie was able to take me on. She is a naturally gentle, empathetic and caring person who is equipped with incredible knowledge. Not only has she given me the tools I need to manage my anxiety but she was also just an incredible person to speak with and helped me reach many personal epiphanies. In addition to working with me on my anxiety she was also able to provide foundational parenting skills that I am excited to use one my son is born this December ✨🥰.
