What a joke! The Dr I want to see who I previously seen at another clinic isn't taking new patients yet her availability is wide open looking online.
Well done guys. Like finding a Dr isn't hard enough when your on a pension and then clinics say no more when there is so much availability showing.

Called as I was having issues with online booking, when asked about appointment times for today I was told to “get back online and have a look” repetitively and whilst talking over me - I feel like this is one thing that shouldn’t be too much to ask a receptionist of a Medical Center and honestly not everyone is app friendly especially older patients. Disgusting and quite upset
