I would definitely recommend Bondi Health and Wellness. Kimberly Porteous is amazing! She is helping me heal my gut and hormone issues, which has so far been a success. So friendly and easy to talk to with no judgement. She also listens to what you say and is prepared for your appointment (remembers your background and issues). The team at reception are also super friendly and organise for my herbs to be posted quickly and accurately.

I was so lucky to stumble upon Bondi Health & Wellness earlier this year. In a short time Kim Porteous has changed my health in many ways for the better! She is so caring and knowledgable. Within a month she was able to address pain I was having, thyroid, gut and hormonal issues. I also had 2 thyroid nodules. Under her treatment and care, my thyroid nodules have shrunk and the pains I have been dealing with throughout my body for 2 years have disappeared. I am so thankful and have learned so much from her regarding diet and supplements. I would be a patient of hers for life had I not moved back to the USA.

Kimberley Porteous from Bondi Health and Wellness has given me the wonderful gift of helping me to get my health back on track. I have never felt better (I look better as well!)

Brooke has just been a fenomenal naturopath in many ways. My health gut so much better since seeing here. And I when I'm following her guidelines be the best version of myself. For example; She gave me suppements that would help my adrenals in "stressful" situations. I no longer have any stress-symptoms when I'm faced with tuff situations like shakes or sweats. It's like I can finally be me and not stressed and nervous me!
