If I could give no stars, I would! The way my family member has been treated is deplorable. Disgusting behavior of staff towards the residents...needs better standards and harsher penalties for such negligence on staff and owner's behalf.

I thoroughly recommend Farnorha I have had two old friends stay in the high care section. The reception staff go far beyond their duty for the residents and are absolutely fantastic. All the other staff are kind , helpful and quick to come when the bell is pressed. The food is lovely and cleanliness is definitely a priority at the home. In all the years I have not come across one difficult or rude staff member they definitely enjoy looking after the residents. I would like ti thank them all.

Would be a Great place if they had more Staff . But they try there hardest to care for the Elderly.

This is home away from home they take great care of you and are always looking for different things for us to do. They even have doctor's and hair dresses come here.
