Very good dispensary and very good people. The doctors and all the staff here really know their stuff and mix that with a friendly, professional and respectful manner. They are amazing. There is no stigma attached to plant medicine here. I spent a few years with the doctors at another dispensary down South but as soon as I had my first appointment with Wildleaf doctors my life changed in profound ways.

Being on flowers more suited to my symptoms and the amazing introduction of CBD has really turned my life around. I actually regret that my previous doctors down South didn't include it in my therapy. It works so well with my anxiety and to also settle my obsessive worry.

When I order by mail it sometimes arrives at my Post Office the very next morning. I am grateful I made the change to Wildleaf and I am gradually noticing a strange feeling returning I used to call happiness. Life can be good, even for me.

The abundance of knowledge about the products available, the process involved and how the industry operates was mind blowingly informative. And it didn't stop there either. I have just had my Alternaleaf prescription released to this provider. Exact same product but 17% cheaper, without the $15 delivery charge, and zero wait time because they have it in stock 2 minutes drive from my home. Fantastic business with outstanding service.

The facility is always a welcoming and comfortable environment with a range of products and friendly, helpful staff. Much better experience here than any other dispensary in Cairns. I would recommend this place a million times over. Super helpful, kind & caring staff who will always do their best to make their customers happy. I appreciate the warm atmosphere they provide it truly doesn’t compare to anywhere else, Thank you guys! I have been a customer of Wildleaf Dispensary for over a year now. In the past I've had to deal with local chemists that didn't show any form of knowledge of products or care for patients. Wildleaf is the opposite. Top grade service and compassion is hard to find, but you truly get it here.
When there has been problems with my prescriptions, they are more than happy to converse with my out of state doctor and get things rectified without more undue stress on me.
The whole team there are great. They get to know their customers, and it becomes a pleasure going to get my meds, as opposed to the past where it felt like a chore.
I cannot rate Phil, Janelle, Rachel and the rest of the team high enough.

Saturday 19 april 2025 … had my first appointment with the Dr here and I can say after all the hassle I’ve had in the medical system up here in cairns it’s a breath of fresh air to have people listen and want to help yes want .. all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.. and the way they all helped out shows they care about people and each individuals needs .. a massive thank you for the above
