Took 2 weeks to be able to speak to someone that even knew what medical I needed to do even though I gave them all the information call after call…. Then another 2 weeks to book it , finished it , then told doctor was reviewing and then will send copy to medical to my employer , called again 4 days later and the lady on the phone said she just sent it through for review just then …

Terrible to deal with. Booked a pre-employment medical and have currently been waiting 10 days for the results. Multiple phone calls and emails to chase them up and keep getting transferred between the administration and finance teams. No once can confirm when the results should be expected. This is horrible customer service and I personally will not be using Jobfit again for our pre employment medicals. Do not recommend. Would be 0 stars if it was possible. Please do better.
