It's a sad and sorry state of the tablelands that we have to tollerate doctors like these. Intensely incompetent, painfully arrogant and if you present with a condition they do not understand, even the owner of this practise will refuse to listen and assume she knows best. The two drs I saw here (in a 6 month time frame) still have no idea what my condition is, how it effects me or what I need. No matter how much I explain it. No matter how much a specialist explains it. 6 months and they still have no idea what medications I take. To the point that two drs here put numerous medications i dont take in my refferals. I see specialists and they believe the incompetent dr who wrote the refferal and therefore, treat me like a liar. The owner herself, against the advice given by my specialist, was trying to get me to do something that would only make my health worse and because I refused her ignorant instructions, she asked me to leave during a health crisis. This is how easily arrogance can become dangerous and toxic, but her arrogance (as well as her colleges) is disgustingly irresponsible. If you have any complexities to your health, please don't go here. They will waste your time and money, as well as your health. This is arrogance at its worst. The lack of care makes this a money grab business. Go to a Dr who listens. You won't find that at the dr house.

This practice is not worth it. They are all about money.
I am a young heart transplant patient that just needs a doctor willing to help. But Today I was told that unless I'm a aged pensioner that lives in yungaburra then there is no way they are willing to help me with paying for tests that they asked me to have done. Also said if I can't afford to pay for doctors find somewhere that bulk bills( I have always paid for my appointments)

I saw Dr. Andrew Baade at the Doctor House whilst having a migraine. He was without a doubt the most helpful and compassionate doctor I have ever seen. I usually feel totally misunderstood and dismissed with migraines, however he was very empathetic and knowledgable. I would highly recommend the Doctor House Clinic.

I am meant to have over the phone apointments but dr baade wants me to go there now and i have 3 daseases in my spine and no way to get there my body needs pain killers and patches to even get out of bed right as i have to move i cant get out of bed
