Such a nice experience today.
The receptionist was so busy, being public holiday, I think she was on her own, but she was so kind and it really felt like she took her time and effort with every patient and request. I didn’t catch your name, but thanks for smiling and being nice! 🙂

Appointment was more or less on time and Dr. Virgilio is great!

My family has been seeing Dr. Paul Chan for a while now, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best GPs we’ve had. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. I have visited this clinic a few times now, always requesting to see Dr Virgilio. Best thing I have done in my life. What a compassionate, caring Doctor. Takes his time, even though the clinic is so busy. Most important to me is...he looks at ME, not down at his computer while I'm talking to him.
My husband and Sister are now his patients as well.
Even gave him my medical history, he's my Doctor now.
Receptionists are lovely and pleasant.

Outstanding medical centre. I have been a patient there for some time and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and booking appointments online is easy. Communication is excellent, with timely reminders that help me manage my health. I feel at ease with my current doctor, who is thorough, kind, and attentive. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Receptionist refused to book my 3 year old in when there was an appointment available.
She then proceeded to patronise me.
I have never received such disgusting service.
Will be looking for a new doctor.

Dr Wright is amazing, by far my favourite Doc.
He is always willing to listen and always finds a solution to either try or gets on top of the issue.
Have been driving from Innisfail to Smithfield for 16 months now as I don't want to change to another Doc.
You better not retire any time soon Dr Wright.
However, older lady in reception needs to be retaught on front desk etiquette, if people are waiting serve them, don't make them wait while you instruct the other ladies on things.
Younger girls are really nice though.
