Outstanding service! I usually get extremely anxious going in to the dentist but these guys are true professionals and make you feel incredibly comfortable as soon as you step in the door. Sara is an absolute champ at making you feel welcome over the phone and in person and Grant makes the procedures easy and bareable to say the least.

They're all willing to help and genuinely care!

I have a phobia of the dentist and cannot recommend southside sedation more highly, had 4 teeth extracted on Tuesday under sedation and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. 2 days later and I have no swelling and very minimal pain that only requires Panadol. Prices are very competitive and the dentist and anaesthetist were very informative and professional.

Worst customer service. Will not go back. Called over a month ago to get a second opinion about my son loosing a tooth. Was told I couldn’t get in for a month but they would put me on the cancellation list if a appointment became free, we would be first called. Did not hear from them. Then 2 hours before our appointment time (a month later) they phoned and canceled. Said the dentist was having a day off. To bad my son had to miss his school excursion and I had to take a day off work.

I am editing my review as cant leave two reviews but wanted to say this place now does Botox also at a very good price and Mark does an excellent job I am very pleased with the outcome and value for money. I also wanted to mention the lovely Sarah who sorts all the appointments who is very friendly and helpful and completes the amazing team of professionals at this practice. I had 5 crowns and many fillings and whitening over a 4 week period. OMG I’m almost 50 and my teeth look the best they ever have I never expected results this good. I expected much more pain and discomfort during the treatment and was very pleasantly surprised. I smoked for 29 years and while I looked after my teeth the best I could and quit 8 years ago the smoking and my age had taken its toll. I have been to other dentists in the local area and have paid good money for very average service and poor results and was feeling very fed up and disappointed paying premium prices and then thankfully I found this place I can not recommend this place high enough the dentist I had Grant and all the dental nurses / hygienists and reseptionists are professional and lovely and friendly to deal with. For some of my treatment I was sedated and this was also done professionally and for me personally is the only way to have major dental work done, no pain no discomfort it’s awesome. I was tempted to go abroad for a cheaper fix but had heard so many horror stories and while we may pay a bit more here at home in Australia I know I have the guarantee that if I were to have any problems I would be looked after here. I can honestly say you can not go wrong with this dental practice I am very pleased with my results and feel I got good value for money especially compared with other dentists. Thank you all at Southside Sedation I can not smile wide enough 😀

I was seeing by dr Aswegen today to prep me for root canal. The dentist was very gentle and friendly, I felt no pain. I was very impressed by the whole business, friendly staff and Manager Grant. Thank you guys for making me feel at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend !

I’ve given clear instructions what I want but suprised suprised they failed to follow.
I woke up and they pulled the wrong teeth. Oh well I could not really put it back. So what I can only do is give warnings to peeps that make sure do not go to General Anaesthesia(Sleep Anaesthesia) so you would know what teeth they pulling out.
Would not recommend.
