I was in this store today. I asked to see women's work pants. Was pointed in the direction and then left to fend for myself. No one could be bothered to help as I waited and waited. I decided to take my business elsewhere and so glad I did. Will never shop here again or recommend. Customer service appalling.

I called this morning and spoke with Darnell in regards to getting some embroidery work done on some shirts and I was provided with the breakdown on pricing as Darnell had explained it to me thoroughly about the costing of the logo set up and costing per logo thank you Darnell for your customer service that would go a far and beyond.Very professional manner and outstanding service

As I walked through the front door I seen a few staff members standing around talking not one person at the front asked me if I needed a hand untill I got down into the boot section.. wow is all I have to say I was greeted with a friendly smile asked if I needed a hand.. a ladie with short blonde hair helped me out with getting boots asking me questions to help me get into right ones and I have never had anyone size my foot up like this before. I had a few questions about masks she even went and got her boss with the long brown hair as she was more experienced and she didn't want to put me in harm's way. I also wanted to know about kit prices etc.. they both really know what they where talking about. 5 star for the both of them. both of these ladies really made up for being ignored as I walked in.. if the customer service was like that through out the store that would really make a world of difference! cheers ladies top service to the both of you! 5 stars I know who to look for the next time I come in.

Hubby and I went into the store today and were in there for nearly half an hour. I wanted some work longs and hubby went upstairs to get some polo shirts. I was never approached by any staff member and there was four members at the front counter chatting. My hubby came down disappointed also. Three staff upstairs..one looked at him when he reached the top but no comment and no service. I was alone downstairs too and only heard a girl a front ask a guy when he walked in if she could help him. Sad as we walked out … still no communication and bought elsewhere
