I really love this facility and the program director David Welch has a huge heart for everyone who goes here for help. All of the staff members here really care about everyone coming in who needs help with addiction. I highly recommend this place if you want sincere, down to earth, and real recovery. Best treatment center I've ever gone to hands down. Thanks David and the Wel-Mor Psychology team.

Absolutely Horrific Experience. The owner David Welch is completely unprofessional. He has personal issues that he takes out on his clients. He is more interested in taking your money than helping you . Will not listen to his clients. Instead he chooses to put fear tactics in you & constantly tell you that you are minimizing your involvement or fault. Without even hearing the facts .He also has an ego problem. I addressed him as Mr. Welch , he got bent out of shape & immediately corrected me. “It’s Dr. Welch “ not Mr. Welch. I stopped attending & he was calling me constantly from either blocked #’s or spoof #’s because I was avoiding him. Since then I have been happily enrolled in another program where they treat you with kindness & professionalism. Do not go to this place !! You will be treated like garbage @ Wel-Mor.

I would like to respond to a review written two months ago. I typically do not write reviews, but it was upsetting to read something that is so opposite of what is actually true.
I attended groups at Welmor for over a year and a half on a regular basis. Patti, who was named in the previous review, makes a huge difference in this world. Her attention given to the clients saves lives. She taught us about addiction and how our brains are wired, physical sobriety, emotional sobriety, she gave us tools to live productively each day of our lives, and genuinely cared about each one of us - something that cannot be taught in any school. Her groups were always the most attended as everyone wanted to be in “Patti‘s group.” There was a sense of well-being in her groups, and friendships were cultivated. I was actually in attendance the day the gentleman that wrote the review was there. He was the one that was extremely disruptive and out of line. He seemed volatile and to be perfectly honest, I was very uncomfortable with him in the room, as were many others. So for him to take the time to write a terrible review about Patti is not only wrong but very sad. I hope you will ignore his review as I promise It is completely false.

Was there the first day and was yelled at by a counselor named Patty . Totally unprofessional and disrespectful towards clients . The groups in the morning are a straight circus with people their laughing and making a mockery out of the groups .Most of the people there don't interact and don't pay attention always asking what was the question They violate your privacy and try to treat you like a probation office . When Patty was approached about her consistent attempts to humiliate clients she said it was my problem and basically that I'm crazy and she is sorry I feel that way . So I filed a grievance and I'm following through with it if they receive more than 3 complaints they will be aduited and fined . Come to find out that Patty has ben humiliating people a lot but very few have said something. If she did it to me she does it to everyone else . My next step is contacting HIPPA and the ACLU to proceed with the right steps in excersising my patients rights

David Welch taught me many tools that have helped improve my relationships in general and helped me understand the root causes of my behavioral issues. The knowledge I've gained as a participant in his group has helped in all areas of my life - I highly recommend him!
