I recently celebrated three years as a client of American Male Wellness. Since starting Testosterone Replacement Therapy, I've experienced significant improvements in my overall health. The staff feels like friends, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I’ve also tried a few IV drips for an extra energy boost from time to time. I’m definitely a customer for life!

This clinic is very unique! Un like other clinics, when you visit American male wellness you feel like 100 percent VIP!
it feels like a spa with massage chairs in the waiting room, and amazing complimentary coffee.

The staff is friendly and pleasant and the doctors seem to be very knowledgeable.

My husband cancelled his reocurring memership witht hem months ago for the third time now he has been charged for the “supposed” cancelled subscription for the amount of over $300. There has been paper copy sent of cancellation, emails of cancellation & phone calls of cancellation and they are still charging him. This place is a TOTAL SCAM! Anyone whi is wanting to cancel i recommend you go in person and make sure your card information is completely removed from their files. This is absolutely ridiculous and they still gave the audacity to be rude over the phone when they are the ones constantly charging and lying about the cancellation. SCAM SCAM SCAM

These people are great. After only a few weeks, everyone knows my name. My labs have always been explained to me thoroughly and my questions answered. Treatment extends beyond the mere body chemistry into all aspects of my lifestyle and much of the good advice I’ve gotten profited the business side nothing. This is a staff that really cares and is determined to make my life (and your life) better. And it works, as a 60 year old combat vet I’m not running around like I’m 18, but I’m certainly doing better in every respect than I have since I was 30. Come see what they can do for you.

I flew in to see a specific doctor who was great. I confirmed on three separate occasions that he would be there - they confirmed each and every time - at the last minute once I arrive , bait and switch “oh he is not here today”. Customer service is terrible. I’m not sure why they think it’s okay to switch out your doctor at the last minute - makes me wonder about the rest of the care and management behind the scenes. Everything was great when that doctor was there , I suspect it’s just the management that really does not care - maybe they will rectify this and make it right - I flew in from Miami just to see this doctor today (he was that good) a shame I’ll have to find another doctor - that kind of customer / patient care isn’t for me. update : update 5/23/2024 doctor was so good I am willing to endure and give them another chance - have an appointment scheduled - will update my experience and edit the review based on the results.

Update * 6/3/2024 - Because the doctor was that good, I had to give them another chance. They really delivered. They corrected the error they made - put in measures that it will not happen again - and the services are top notch. Sometimes, you really have to give places an opportunity to correct something - everyone has bad days. This place gets my full endorsement - ask for Dr. Tam! He is knowledgeable and really takes the time to figure out what you need -

This place is amazing. Very clean environment, Any question I have is answered right then and there. Prices are very reasonable compared other clinics. I have been going to this exact facility for over a year now. All the nurses and staff members make you feel invited and welcome every time. Also I am in and out within minutes and no waiting either.

Still waiting on a call back from Daniel about prices before I go into another clinic who will potentially price gouge. When I made the first call the receptionist was very helpful and polite but wasn’t able to answer prices and assured me Daniel from finance would give me a call but no call and no voicemail or text. Decided to not proceed with my appointment. This is the easiest way to lose a patient/customer.
