The teller was super cool it just tucked they charged me for the checks even when they are wells fargo checks but other than that this place is good ? widnow 4 at 1105am on oct11 2024

I was there on 07.01.2023 at around 09:30.a.m. teller that was helping me was pulled from her window without any explanation,she spend at least 5 minutes at another window,this is unprofessional, you don't leave in the middle of a transaction and don't say a word.

Woman in the desk behind teller yelled from her desk "have a nice day" in a sarcastic way at least 4 times when I was leaving.

You must treat your customers in a professional and respectful way,she did not do that.(woman at desk behind teller).

It's Friday 4pm and as usual 1 teller open.
1 teller manager sitting on the back looking at a min of 14 people in line. And ever since COVID, they now close at 5pm instead of 6pn thats customer service for you. It's this way all the time. Provident bank is way better or the credit unions.

I feel as if I get lied to every time they tell me something. They said use the wells fargo app to deposit your check get it the same day you bank with the same bank as your company, lies. that never happened. Oh deposit your check at the atm your get your funds available the same day you bank with the same your company does its a wells fargo account lies , never once has my founds been available the same day. co workers bank with chase and get theirs available the same day. A check that the post office lost that i had gotten purchased from wells fargo. When went into the bank i was told i had to wait 30 days which was a lie. they could've cancelled the check and reprinted. why is there only 2 tallers makes no sense when you got 20 people in one line

I had the worst experience I deposit my check and you mean to tell me I can’t get my money until it’s verified with my job clearly it’s my money I worked hard for it but I will be closing my bank soon worst bank ever!!!!!!!!

Went to this location to cash a check my mother in law had given me. Teller at first told me I had to get it verified I waited and they told me they would get ahold of my in laws to verify. After speaking to my in laws they said they were waiting for Wells Fargo call again. A lady named Cynthia Gutierrez helped me the second time she came and told me that it still wasn't able to verify at this point I was already frustrated i asked her how was that possible if my in laws were waiting for her call she snapped and told me she didn't have to give me any information and that she didn't say they didn't answer so my husband came in the bank to see what was the hold up and she told him infornt of my face that my in laws didn't answer after she told me they did. I snapped and asked to please stop giving me attitude and she said she was able to give me attitude back because I gave her attitude she threw my ID and SSC in my face and I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was a manager which was not true she was only a banker. She took my check and didn't give it back the actual manager had to go get it from her and he explained that she was not the manager. When I came back with my in laws to verify she looked at us and laughed in our face. Horrible service a very very disappointing experience since I used to work for Wells Fargo a year ago. We weren't trained to disrespect customers like that.
