We had a lovely first time experience here for our daughter. We were able to call ahead and change our afternoon appointment for an earlier one, wait time was minimal and both doctors and reception staff were lovely. I also loved the separate waiting room for kids that is well resourced with books and toys and everything was spotless clean. Will certainly use again should we need to.

It was my first visit today to see Dr Lauren Shorthouse. I’m so impressed with my consultation. Lauren took the time to go through all my issues and made me feel valued as a patient. The receptionist Leni, also brilliant, kind & helpful to me being a new patient. Absolutely recommend Ninox Health. I can’t wait to go back for my follow up appointments.

I recently visited Ninox Health on Buderim and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the facility is very clean and well-maintained. Communication from reception was clear and efficient from start to finish.

Dr. Shorthouse was exceptional—she listened attentively, was thorough in her examination, informative, and incredibly reassuring. I left feeling well-cared for and confident in the service I received.

Overall, this is an excellent medical center with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The receptionist was really lovely. I went as emergency - they are not my normal GP. I would have given 5 stars, but got charged for a long consult for just a UTI and it is expensive - $100 out of pocket and as a pensioner that hurts. The Dr although thorough was not going to be my GP so didn't need to take all that time. I was not happy paying $182 for around 20 mins , for antibiotics, urine and blood tests, and scans. As I have a GP, the Dr should just have done urine test, antibiotics, and got my own GP to do the rest. As nice as it was, I won't go back because I cannot afford that. My GP - long consult I am only $60 out of pocket. So, if you are rich, I recommend going here because it is a nice place - just not for the poor like me.

Bright modern medical practice. Thorough initial consultation by Dr Sac. Very convenient location. Close to Radiology and Chemist if required. Nice coffees at Castellos or coffee club just around the corner.

I made an appointment at Ninox Health because I couldn’t get in to my GP (a common occurrence). It was so lovely going to a Clinic with lovely, friendly Receptionists. Dr Allsop was friendly and thorough, and I didn’t feel that the consult was rushed. The Clinic itself has a welcoming vibe with good magazines and a coffee station! All in all a great visit and I think I will transfer my care there.
