Dr Bali is a godsend, has genuine care about his patients and takes the time to listen. The reception staff are also very lovely to deal with. Very happy with this practice.

I can’t recall the name of the lady who attended my call today. I called to ask about my wife’s report, but instead of giving a straight answer, she went on about many things. She was very rude and didn’t want to listen to what I needed. Very bad customer service. However, I have been going to this clinic for the last two years, and all the doctors are very good. I had this experience for the first time with one of the reception staff

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. All staff are amazing and you feel welcome from the moment you step in. Dr Astha was kind and understanding. My family and myself have been coming to Wangara Medical Centre since many years and all the doctors here are great.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Bali who is an exceptional doctor. He is very understanding and listens to your health problems and explains each and every symptom so you are fully satisfied. He gives you his full attention during the consults. The nurses too are very friendly and make you comfortable during the health checks. Not forgetting the lovely face of the clinic the receptionists who do an amazing job. Keep up the great work!

Very good doctors and nurses caring and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and solve all medical issues you may have doctors knowledge is exceptional and they don't rush you and very understanding I'm happy to say I've been seeing doctor govindapper for over ten years now after me original doctor moved to sydney.and he was exceptional to . reception lady's are the best amazing people.mark
