I had surgery in March and have made the staff aware of the nerve damage and issues i have. I was suppose to see the Dr in May but he was overbooked until September. I received a message to attend an app at 8.30 on Wednesday yet Im a single mum with 2 young kids in school I called to make changes and Anna was so rude and decided to hang up the phone in my face as I told her Dr Malouf would be so disappointed when I tell him how badly his Practice Manager and staff have treated me. This review is not for Dr Malouf but for his staff.
Most uncaring rudest women I have know to work with such a lovely Dr.
Very rude and unprofessional. They need to be reprimanded , I am genuinely disgusted by Anna.

Mr Malouf is a very good man. I've had two surgeries with he and his team. I was referred by my own gp who also had used his services. I attend hospital and hospital staff had utilised his services also...thats a recommendation. I had a minor issue post surgery..no issue..sorted through communication. If you need private cover get it and then get the work done. A very generous and knowledgeable man. Thank you.
