This is the best medical for our family. We were new in the area, had trouble finding reliable and knowledgeable GP. Dr Tan, his wife and the receptionists always caring and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our babies wellbeing. We are forever grateful to come across these people while we were living in Blacktown. Our family still talk about how these beautiful people care for us.

I booked an appointment at 9:45. While waiting, someone who had an appointment with the same doctor at 10:00 arrived.
I waited for 45 minutes, next was my turn to go in and also the Hotdoc app showed that I was next. However, the person with the 10:00 appointment was called in first. I don’t understand the point of making and scheduling appointments if this isn’t followed.

I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and annoyed by this unreasonable experience. This was a waste of my time.

Completely satisfied with Richmond Road Medical Centre. I love my Doctor, the other Doctors there, are wonderful and the Reception Staff are so very friendly and helpful. I would not consider going to any other Medical Centre, only Richmond Road.
