Harvest Lakes Medical Centre, is open early and closes late for the people that are busy around the clock. Dr Ahmed of whom I see is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, no matter whether it is cold/cough, rashes, arthritis or Mental Health related. Dr Ahmed always knows how to assess and prescribed the right medical knowledge/advice or medication. With friendly staff like Kelly at the reception, I feel totally welcome here as she greets everyone with a smile and usually knows most of the patients that walk through the door. The medical centre also has facilities like Western diagnostics pathology, chiropractor, Mole mapping and a pharmacy right next door for convenience that is open about the same time and closes late for all your pharmaceutical needs. Doctors can be booked on the HotDoc app for patient convince, so no waiting on the phone to make a booking, its fast and convenient. Thanks everyone at Harvest Medical Centre.

I saw Dr Kate after hours for an urgent appointment for my young child. She listened to our concerns, was thorough, great with kids, and very informative. If we didn’t already have a usual family GP we loved I’d make the switch to her, she was fantastic. I’d recommend her highly. Receptionist was friendly and professional as well.

We are a family of 4 and we all go to DrUgo. He’s very knowledgeable and very kind. We are very happy to have him as our family doctor. When he’s too busy we have booked with other doctors and they were very good too. The nurse who did the blood sample this morning was so smooth! Hardly felt the needle. In all my dealings with Harvest Lakes medical I’ve always felt respected and taken care of.
All the GPs I have seen have been caring and you feel confident in their advice. Dr Nicholson is my preferred GP and she has helped me so much.

Update 11.04.2025: Following this review, I received a call from, Kelly - one of the staff members at Harvest Lakes. Kelly was understanding, caring and very apologetic about my experience. She acknowledged my frustration and is personally looking into my issue as opposed to pushing my concerns aside.I am grateful for this and Kelly deserves praise for her tactful intervention. Whilst my experience with the other staff member was poor, Kelly is turning this around. Thank You.

A convenient location but I really cannot recommend this medical centre for more complex matters. Whilst I have had some reasonable experiences, more complex matters are generally dealt with poorly. When extra assistance is required, some of admin staff are particularly poor, confrontational and can be aggressive. When the medical centre makes an error, this needs to be corrected - and their unwillingness to do that is disappointing, especially when it comes to operator error and health.

Highly recommend Harvest lakes medical from the receptionist team, Kelly in particular who always goes above and beyond to help and is so understanding, really makes you feel like you are part of a family. Dr Livingstone has been a god send for my teenager daughter, excellent in women’s health with a wealth of knowledge. Also Dr Idris is another great doctor, very thorough and a genuine person. Such a great team!

I entered on the 5/4, 10:00. The Irish or Scottish lady with blonde hair was the rudest receptionist I’ve ever met. I asked her where the blood test was as it was my first time there. She said “if you look down there and take a seat”, since it’s my first time I assumed she meant down the corridor and not in the doctors waiting area. I walked down and couldn’t find it and went back and asked, where it was as I went down there since she said so but couldn’t find it. She said “no I didn’t, look at the wall and there it is”. I then found it and sat down, she then had the nerve to get out of the desk and come yelling at me saying “why would I tell you it’s down the corridor, look at the sign and grab a number”. I grabbed a number and said “ok”, she’s still going off at me, I wasn’t going to be sitting in a waiting room with someone being rude to me so I said don’t worry about it and put the number back. It was incredibly unprofessional from the lady and I will be taking it further. You need to look into it, I will not be coming back. I have an appointment booked that I will be cancelling because that is disgusting behaviour and I will not tolerate it.

I have attended this medical centre since it opened. I have a regular Doctor here and I also see the chiropractor and use the pathology service. It has a large clean waiting area with water available. Kelly on reception is always welcoming and informative.
