Honestly, very poor effort by the doctors, I've been sitting here now for an hour being told "we are next" our doctor looked at us and walked off for his break when we were the only people in the waiting room. This isn't the first time coming here and it's pretty rude to not be consistent and punctual with your patients, and then not offer bulk billing. It's a doctors appointment, not a surgery, we don't need to be waiting an hour to MAYBE get a script. It should be bulk billed if we are made to wait more than 45 minutes for our appointment, unfortunately, since covid, getting into a clinic has been difficult and doctors don't seem to care. The doctor today was Dr. Pratheesh. Not the first time seeing him, I'd like it to be the last time but unfortunately this seems to be the only clinic available lately

Worst doctors ever, all the doctors are rude and have no people skills, they talk over you and you can't understand anything they say, they don't even let you finish your sentence. make you wait for over half an hour and then when you finally have your appointment, they get you in and out and don't actually listen to your needs. I had a male foreign doctor laugh at me for my problems. My partner needed some relief for his ongoing back pain from work and a female doctor prescribed Panadol I can pick that up from Woolies thanks, don't you think we've tried that. Worst experience, worst doctors, very rude, no skills at all, should re do all of their licences as they have no skill in practice at all. Only go here because I can't get in else where but don't even waste your time because they're disgusting. 🙂

Dr Pratheesh Anthonypillai has no people skills and was very rude nor was he even helpful to my simple need during the appointment. Loves talking but not listening. Choose a different doctor if you come here.
He was just making things up to make me come back for more appointments and quoting for more money. Went to the GP around the corner and was given what i wanted during the first and only appointment needed for less than half the price.

The doctors at Agape are amazing, and it's one of the reasons I have been a long time patient with them. Unfortunately I found out today when turning up for my appointment they longer bulk bill patients. Even with a Medicare rebate, this this isn't financially feasible for many people, myself included, with the rising cost of living, fuel, etc. As great as the doctors are, I don't think I will be returning until they bring back bulk billing.

Pretty bad experience, the clinic cancelled bulk billing without telling me when I booked my appointment on the phone, and asked me to pay 70 dollars when I arrived. (The reception didn't make me pay for this time after negotiation.)
This is not all. I always arrive there on time or a few minutes early, but I have to seat there and wait for extra 20 mins every time.However, the doctor only see me for 2-3mins, and refused to answer anymore questions because there are other patient wait. I am just wondering how does that even possible.

I called for a Tele consult as I have flu. I was told the doctor will call me at 2pm. 2 1/2 hours later no phone call. I had to follow up and call them twice to ask if the doctor is going to call me or not. All I was told was ‘don’t worry the doctor will call you now he was just busy with the face to face’
Tell the patients what right time they will be called or seen. Be respectful of your customers.
