Over many many years, being all around Australia ; I find eaton/Australind medical centre, outstanding. Very professional, friendly go above and beyond to ensure you are very well looked after. Put an order in for a new script 2 weeks ago. Nothing has happened so I try to ring them on a Saturday at 8.45am.I get a recorded message that it was after hours they open at 8 and close at 1 waste of time.

Have been a patient of this practice for the 3.5 years. I am 65 years old and I require a script for medication that has been prescribed by a Dr at this practice. I rang today to get an appointment just for the script to be told it costs $25.00 just for the script. Why should I keep my loyalty at Eaton to see my family Dr when I cannot see her for at least a month.

Don't try to phone at all because you will not get you call answered. I tried to phone at 4:45, this was considered out of clinic hours? Really! Hours on google say they close at 6:00? On the phone message it says close at 5:00! If I could give no stars at all.

I had just called the clinic to book an appointment. The guy that picked up my phone call took down my details then decided to hang up on me when he offered me an appointment next Monday which I rejected and suggested a time on Wednesday. I am so confused but that was rude and he sounded uninterested. Unnecessary.

Unhelpful receptionists. Mediocre doctors. All decent doctors have left when this medical centre ceased from being ‘family owned’ practise to an overseas money driven corporate one.
