I attended Park Centre Family Practice today at 12.10. I was greeted very friendly by the reception staff, Pathology staff and Dr Hajja who has always made me feel like I was in safe hands. She takes time to listen then explains things clearly and the whole experience feels very positive. I have recommended her to my family and friends.

I am in shock!!! I have just been charged $200 for literally 5 minutes with my Dr, Dr Lolai, just because he signed my application to become a participant of the NDIS. I even checked with the receptionist the day before who told me "just book a double appointment which is bulk billed", which is what i did. This hidden charge is not advertised on their website, nor do they inform you before you book your appointment. Now they are keeping my application until i pay them the extortion fee which will put my life in danger as i cannot access the disability services i need. It does not get much worse! Be very very careful going to this dodgy practice.

20-03-25 I haven’t had the need to see a doctor for awhile. So just needing a general check up I walked in to make an appointment and I was lucky enough to see my doctor right then and there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great experience all round

My first experience here was not a good one, felt judged and like scum for requiring bulk billing. However, Over holidays required a doctor so thought I'd go back and wow this doctor was one of the kindest most genuinely caring doctors I've seen in years. Very thorough and soo polite and caring. Booked online which was easy. Receptionist was friendly and eagar to please, Dr was pleasant and very knowledgeable and asked questions I felt like a human not just a number. The practice was clean and very welcoming.

The amount of effort you have poured into answering my questions and concerns is greatly appreciated. You have given not only me but my partner some amazing resources so we are able to get the best care for us.
