I'm so glad I visited Dan and the team at apex because what they are doing is perfect. They have a stacked team of experts in chiro, physio and ex phys, which ensures you will get a well thought out and scientifically backed plan.

They also have a huge gym space full of squat racks, free weights, cable and plate loaded machines, and a turf. They truly care about actually getting you strong and athletic.

They are the place to go to when you need to seamlessly transition from rehab into performance training. Pick up the phone and call Apex, you will be treated with respect and put first. Apex is awesome.

I am so impressed with the team of physiologists and physiotherapists at APEX Giraween who have helped me; Bailey, Hashan, Yasmin and the lovely receptionist Chloe! They have all been very helpful, supportive, encouraging and friendly. They are all extremely knowledgeable and have helped me immensely to manage my condition. Bailey has designed exercise programs for me that target the specific problems I have. He reviews them and adjusts them to specifically treat the symptoms and the cause. It has made a huge difference for me! I highly recommend this service!!
