I recently had a referral for my son to have a few X-rays on his jaw. We arrived at 8am as they were opening, signed in and sat down. We waited over an hour and watched every other patient who had checked in after us, be called back. I checked in several times with the front desk only to be told it wouldn’t be much longer. The actual X-rays only took about 3 minutes and not even an apology or thank you for waiting, with a child, for an outrageous amount of time in a clinic that didn’t actually seem that busy. I feel our time was abused and our patients disregarded. Disappointed.

Called on a Monday and had an ultrasound the same day, MRI the next. All staff were amazing, relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly. I was bulk billed for one service and only paid $50 out of pocket for the other, after being quoted over $1000 at APEX. Highly recommend SKG Busselton.
