I waited 18 months for an appointment after begging them for a second opinion that whole time. When I finally got my turn they refused to diagnose me and treat me because I was on a community treatment order, even though she knew that the diagnosis I had been given was incorrect. They have no ethics and turn a blind eye to abuse of patients in the public system, refusing to help. This is not fair on me. I deserve a correct diagnosis.

I highly recommend the Geographe Clinic. The indicator of an exceptionally run clinic to me is the quality of doctors it attracts, and the doctors I have seen here are highly empathic, comprehensive and clearly experts in their field. They don’t focus purely on mental health as many others do, but go to the trouble to explore the mind to body connection, and find practical solutions to help improve quality of life; in my case low immunity has been an issue. I very much appreciate the whole person approach and the holistic approach to treatment, incorporating evidence based natural therapies where appropriate. The reception staff who are polite and professional are clearly busy and inundated with calls all day long but still take the trouble to take detailed messages which is more than most busy clinics do. I think this is probably one of the best clinics of its kind in Australia.

This is an excellent clinic.
Having to find a new psychiatrist is unnerving but I am very grateful to have been referred here with recommendation from my GP Dr Eric Lee.
I see Dr Lynette Teoh who has been very kind and patient from the beginning. Dr Lynette is informative, listens, thorough in assessment and answers my questions in a simple direct manner.
Abbotsford and Ramsey are providers I have been with in the past and I would recommend Geograph or at least Dr Lynette Teoh as first preference.

After six months I am yet to have had a face to face appointment with Kelly Palmer, yet she conducted a major change to my meds without even meeting me. This resulted in a major change in my mental health, and worse still, she charged for full length appointments when we'd only had a ten minute consultation over the phone. Sent her a four page letter in an effort to let her get to know me better and received no response. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Elena Krylova is absolutely amazing. I was so nervous going in to my first session but she is incredibly understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. The ladies in reception were wonderful as well. I would recommend this clinic 100%. Thank you guys a million.

Waited a month to see Dr proud I walked in pretty much sat down he tells me he can't take on any clients due to him retiring soon and then leads me back out the door? Charged nearly $200 I was in and out in about 8 minutes 😞 absolutely would not recommend visiting this useless place!

I personally had a very good experience with Dr. Catlin, he was very welcoming and supportive during my first consultation. I felt like he had a lot of knowledge, and is willing to work with me to get to the bottom of the problem.
The receptionist is also very, very nice, and incredibly friendly.

Was denied access to their services...TWICE. Submitted a referral to see one of the psychiatrists at the clinic and received a call informing me that my GP had actually declined the referral because the "GP thought it was too far", and that I would need to contact him again to have it made out to The Geographe Clinic again properly. I did so, and had it forwarded on by my GP, and got a reply again a week later. This time, I was informed that they wouldn't be able to take me on as a new patient, and that my GP might be able to help with finding somebody closer to Perth...well I didn't know that in the days of the internet, you needed to live next door to the psychiatrist that you are seeing. I live in Mandurah and work in Bunbury all week, so Busselton is significantly closer than anybody in Perth, so why would I want to see somebody in Perth where it is less convenient?

TLDR; take your business elsewhere.
