Thankful I got an appointment over the New Year holiday. We were treated by the nicest, happiest, informative and helpful doctor that I have ever had. She was particular good with children. And my child was bulk billed which was appreciated. Good parking out the back off the busy Bussell Highway. Interesting signage too with a sense of humour.

I have seen numerous doctors, nurses and phlebotomists at Surgery 82 and they have all been wonderful! Its easy to get an appointment and they are generally running on time. Reception staff are helpful too.

Had a wonderful experience this morning , all starting from being greeted with a nice smile at reception through to Doctor David who was thorough and friendly. Nurse Moy (I hope I spelt that correctly) was fantastic and very gentle removing my stitches. I was aggressively hungover and not looking forward to the appointment but after dealing with the great staff here I walked away with stitches out, a smile and a little less aggressive hangover 🙂 thanks again, would highly recommend this place.

Surgery 82 is full of fantastic doctors that are understanding and thorough. I have seen at least 4 different doctors there when our family GP (also at Surgery 82) is busy and they have all been great. The receptionists are also very polite and helpful, and the nurses are lovely.

I’ve been seeing the same GP at Surgery 82 for about 12 years now. What makes a good medical clinic is appointments running on time, good quality assessment and timely treatment. Surgery 82 have all these qualities and the doctors are all very understanding.

First time visiting.The staff from reception to nurse station down to our Doctor is so accommodating.I left with no question unanswered which is so fulfilling. Highly recommended particularly Doctor Heather Brand she elaborated everything for me and made me feel comfortable.
