great staff and doctors, family paid over a grand to get anaesthetic and appointment but we didn't get told until 7 months later (via text, not email or invoice) that we owed money because my appointment time went over. Once again terrific staff and a well done procedure but kind of a punch in the gut considering I thought we'd paid everything in full on the day.

We are visiting from Melbourne and called to get an appointment for our toddler. New patient and they had him in within a few hours. The Dr we saw was absolutely incredible, she was thorough, explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure me and my son were comfortable, plus scheduled a follow up call for results in a couple of days with a future plan if required.If I could take her back to Melbourne she would be our new Dr! Thanks for the great and efficient service!

Attended DM this week. Friendly efficient staff and great medical care. Was able to make an appointment on same day morning. Had something stuck in throat earlier in week unable to be resolved in Perth had turned into major difficulty swallowing and then that day swollen throat and fever. A really nice and good humoured doctor examined me, looked in my throat, diagnosed infection from scratched throat due to getting the something stuck in throat , prescribed a week of antibiotics. Three days later I am almost 100%. Sounds straightforward but 2 Perth doctors including ED did nothing for me, did not examine me, no treatment . So 10 out of 10 DM, thank you!!!

Today i went in to the clinic for a little medical procedure, Doctor Soh and her nurse Belinda were absolutely AMAZING. I was so nervous and they did their best to comfort me, before, during and after the procedure- they even offered me lolies. They were professional, but super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone(: thanks again ladies.

I visited the Duchess Medical centre this morning. I had to wait about 25 minutes but once with my doctor I explained my problem. He was able to temporarily resolve the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending this medical practice. They are very professional

It was a very good experience with a lovely doctor. She was kind, compassionate and extremely professional. The issue was diagnosed, explained and medication scripted confidently. Privacy was respected. The doctor was running on time so we didn't have to wait. We really appreciate that we could get an appointment on a Saturday (at late notice) and that we didn't have to go to the hospital.

I've been a patient at Duchess Medical Practice for 14 years now (2020).

Every time I attend, my primary care doctor, Dr. Trent Healy, never makes me feel rushed, is prepared to answer my questions, treats me with the utmost respect as a person first & patient second. He is always willing to work with me for the best outcome - even when the process doesn't involve medication & specialists. I have referred a number of other people to him - & they are also happy patients!

Although Dr. Healy is, as I've said, my primary care doctor I have, over the years had reason to attend appointments with other practitioners (doctors & nurses) here. I am rarely disappointed & have confidence in the 'team' approach they take at this practice. I currently live with a chronic health condition & if a doctor is uncertain about a direction for me, they will always defer to my primary care doctor...this gives me confidence to trust all the practitioners that work here.

The admin staff at the practice are always courteous, efficient & friendly. A telling indicator for me that this is a great practice is that the staff - doctors, nurses & admin staff - are a stable staff group & have been at the practice for years - this speaks volumes. I am a very satisfied patient of this practice.
