From start to make an appointment to finish, it was professional and friendly. I was an out of state client. My doctor Oneet Sander was extremely helpfull in my diagnosis. From where to get an xray, what was needed to help recover and follow up. The waiting area was light and bright, with comfortable seats and clean amenities. It was also convenient as there was a pathology area in the same building, as I needed to have my bloods done.

Unfortunately this business has got so caught up with just making money they no longer take into account peoples lives or things they maybe going through.. I made an appointment and due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to attend. I neither agreed to any terms or conditions and those conditions if in place where never clearly explained at the time.. I have now been hounded to pay $50 for each cancelled appointment which i refuse to pay on the basis i never agreed to the terms. We live in a small town I would recommend you reconsider your view on appointments. As it will eventually bite…

I have been going there for 10 years i honestly can't find anything that needs improvement they encourage you to call first to see if there any delays and if there is give you the real time which saves sitting there for an hour. I have my Dr which he is wonderful I am not informed enough about the other Dr there thou if you see one maybe you could leave a review Dr are of high importance to have a good one.

I find that the reception staff , both friendly and professional offering prompt service in a very busy environment .
The waiting area , has always been meticulous on my visits to the Broadwater medical centre.
