The receptionist is professional, did not ask your personal details which might violate your privacy publicly. The pathology nurse is well trained with excellent medical knowledges. The room 12 GP ordered the prostate test which I forgot to ask him, he is careful and experienced with sense
of humor.

Staff members are very Cleary explained what they are going to do very professionally taking care of me and explained to me what I need to do also advised me when the results will be ready for the doctor to be reviewed with me, well done and thank you for your patience and services.

Very bad experience. That Thin lady is very rude. She is not supposed to be a health worker. I went for GTT , when i called she said they are accepting walk ins, when i went there and waited for an hour then she said she is fully booked, i need to make an appointment. I was on 12 hour fasting and 28 weeks pregnant. Not recommended at all.

Very bad experience and poor customer service by 2 unprofessional and unexperienced staff.
Waited for 1 1/2 hours, asked staff why they are taking in people with out numbers? While others have to wait for their numbers to be called out and i have a child fasting and waiting for 1 1/2 hours for her turn. And its nearly lunchtime she is getting hungry, both staff members advise why you didnt knock on door to advise blood test is for a child? Then both advised we are not experienced to do blood test on a child. Come during the week for more experience staff.
Very unprofessional service, if they can't provide service for a child their should be a sign at the door advising blood test for children only during week days. Or knock on door if test is for a child.
Im angry and frustrated that a child had to fast all morning till lunchtime to be turned down for a test.

I had to book my GTT test at laverty pathology in pacific medical centre blacktown. I called multiple times to make an appointment the past 1 week, but nobody attended the call. so I walked in today as I live nearby and i was on fasting for 12 hours, being 28 week pregnant,the collector said that I have to make an appointment beforehand and refused to take the test saying she is busy but it wasn't..Then
she sent me to another centre. The other centre took the test without any appointment.
I would not recommend laverty pathology at pacific medical centre..least satisfactory

What an outstanding service!! Went for blood test this morning and finished everything within short period of time. The lady, I guess her name is Salma, took out blood. I did not feel feel much and she seems very knowledgeable. Thank you.
