An absolute waste of time and energy, incompetent and they definitely don’t know what they’re doing.
Yes they were nice once they realised that the patient is getting uncomfortable, but if you don’t know how to do something don’t waste patients time, patients are vulnerable and sick, they need results especially for something so simple for an experienced Doctor or a Nurse such as freaking putting a needle in a patient arm 3 different appointments not a single person could do it? Seriously? Just close this practice!!!

My daughter had her 12 month vaccines and unfortunately had a reaction. The team were so caring and thoughtful, not just towards my daughter but to myself and my 2 year old. The nurse was hands down amazing! She was bringing out things to entertain the kids whilst we were monitoring her reaction. The nurse was interacting and playing with my son, she also gave me a toddler recipe book and a little plate. I will definitely be making this my regular medical centre! Cannot fault the team here!

Absolutely dislike this doctor surgey now.
My concerns have been ignored about my mirena and the concerns I have them. Doctor TOYO is beyond rude as well didn't let me get a word in about how I was feeling. Won't be going back

One of the worst surgeries I’ve been to for years especially with my elderly father - after relocating from Sydney these doctors were very poor - they did not resolve anything and between me & my father I saw all of them. The doctors were not good but the old receptionist is even worse - the younger ladies were great! Within a week at my new doctor all medications sorted, tests arranged all issues resolved & a sense of relief felt, pretty sad that when my 75 year old pensioner father prefers to pay than bill bill with My GP, when he changed over he got the same outcome as I & is a very happy pensioner who pays for his medical snow … I’ve asked MYGO for the outstanding bill to be a sent to my address and they won’t even do that … absolutely dislike them I’d rather pay $150 than BULK BILL with them again.

I'd been suffering for years with chronic pain untill I found Dr Amarakoon AKA, Dr T. Since changing to Dr T I've been able to live again, I found him to really listen to me and as a result I've had more time to spend with my 12yr old son due to having a better control of my pain. If you need a Dr that is thorough, caring and most importantly is skilled in his work then I'd highly recommend Dr T. He has made such a difference to me and my sons life that my son helped me draw and colour this picture for him, Thank you Dr T.

Very poor practice by both receptionist and doctor in attending to an important letter that needed to be sent urgently. Numerous phone calls from Specialist rooms admin staff and face to face have not yielded any result. Lazy staff except the nurse who is brilliant.

Great staff that made me feel very welcome. Able to see a GP who was very caring who put me at ease immediately. I booked for a appointment as I couldn’t get in with my regular GP and since moved all my care to my GP northlakes. Very happy with the care provided to me so far.
