Arrived there around 6:20pm this evening - had a warm welcome and was seen to promptly. Staff member was very polite and friendly, and blood test was pain free. Great to have a facility open after hours.

Wish I could give 0 stars.
Absolutely pathetic service from all staff. Tried calling multiple times over several days to confirm sample collection times - not a single time did they answer. I had to call the main Health Hub reception to get some answers who told me “Yeah, the QML here are renowned for not answering their phone”
I was given outdated information by another clinic, but was unable to confirm with Morayfield, so just wasted the last 3 days trying to prepare for this test - only to walk in after racing there after work to be told by the only apparent staff member who decided to show up after waiting 10mins - “Oh, no we don’t take those here”
You guys are useless. Very pissed off

Excellent service, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who has temperamental veins the staff are gentle and always listen with regards to past experiences getting collections in order to lessen the trauma on my body. Thanks Team QML Morayfield 😁👍

Went for blood test this morning 14/10 and the staff are excellent. This is the 2nd time I have been here, and just cannot fault them. Did not feel anything when the needle went in, and no bleeding or bruising. Makes it a very pleasant experience, even though I hate needles. Will definitely be going back there in the future if required.
